Before You Register
What you need to think about when registering:
- Do you want to attend a workshop or tutorial? WHC15 has an extensive lineup of 11 workshops and tutorials – there is something for everyone. One registration fee of $150 ($50 for students) covers a full day of workshops and tutorials; however, for space allocation, please indicate which ones you will attend. When you are ready, you can register here. Early‐bird registration stays open until May 6th, after which on‐site fees pertain. At least one author of each accepted paper must register by May 6th.

Visa Letter Request
If you require an invitation letter in order to obtain a visa, please fill out this form and email it to register@haptics2015.org. Please note that letters can only be sent to authors or presenters who have registered for the conference and paid in full.

World Haptics 2015 needs student volunteers in Evanston, IL USA.
If you are a student applying to be a student volunteer, please do NOT register until the selection process is finalized.
